Minnie is a purpose-driven leader, Chartered Accountant (SA) in training, and the founder of the Ibutho LikaJehova Foundation. Her work blends faith, service, and youth empowerment, with a passion for creating safe spaces where young people can grow spiritually, emotionally, and socially. Over the years, she has led impactful programmes focused on mental health, personal development, mentorship, and community upliftment. With a background in auditing and finance, she brings strong organisational skills, strategic thinking, and a heart for excellence into every project. Minnie is also the visionary behind initiatives such as the Period With Pride Movement, leadership development workshops, and youth discussions that address real issues faced by today’s generation. Beyond her community work, she serves as a mentor to aspiring Chartered Accountants through the Rebirth of Hope Foundation and Milpark Education, supporting young professionals as they navigate their academic, workplace, and leadership journeys. Driven by compassion and a calling to serve, she is committed to building a movement that empowers, uplifts, and transforms lives, one young person at a time.
